Brookewood business applications

Working together.
Connected with care.

SMS and Brookewood Contacts help our team manage business relationships and share information through the Brookewood Hub.

Developed and operated by Brookewood LimitedFor authorised business users

Two apps. One dependable workflow.

The apps run in Brookewood’s private portal. Google connections are optional integrations authorised through Google’s consent screen; they do not make the portal publicly accessible.

01 / COMMUNICATION

SMS

Send a text message or share a document link with a business contact. Choose an approved contact or enter a mobile number, review the message, and track provider acceptance.

  • Regular SMS uses the SMS delivery provider without Google Drive.
  • Attachment messages upload the selected file to the connected Google Drive account and send its sharing link.
  • The Google permission covers files created or opened with the app, rather than unrestricted access to all Drive files.

02 / COMPANY DIRECTORY

Brookewood Contacts

Maintain a shared directory of people and companies, review contacts submitted by other Brookewood apps, and synchronise with an authorised Google Contacts account.

  • A portal administrator connects the shared Google account.
  • Contacts can be imported from Google; approved directory records can be selected for syncing back to Google.
  • Names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, notes and contact photos can be included.

Know what is shared

A document link
can be forwarded.

SMS attachments are shared in Google Drive with anyone who has the link. A person who receives or is forwarded that link can view the file without a Brookewood portal login.

Use attachment messaging only for documents suitable for this sharing method. Removing Google authorisation does not remove files or turn off existing sharing links.

Your connection. Your choice.

Review what the apps access, how records are stored, and how to disconnect Google or request correction and deletion.
